Akei Mining Claim
Akei is the second of two adjoining unpatented lode claims near Stanton, Arizona, available separately or with the Hozho claim.
Know the property.
Examine the evidence.
The seller states that Akei was physically staked adjacent to Hozho. Public BLM display geometry for Akei may not match the owner’s staked corners, making filed notices, monuments and any overlapping rights especially important to verify on the ground.
What the seller reports finding
The owner reports personally prospecting several locations across the combined Hozho–Akei claim offering and finding gold in each tested area. This is a field observation, not a certified assay for Akei individually. There is no established reserve, representative grade estimate, or demonstrated commercial recoverability for either claim in the materials provided.
Historical evidence — neighboring property
The historic Leviathan mine has archival records of past underground workings, quartz-vein descriptions and selected gold-and-silver samples. A 1977 Iron King Assay Office certificate concerns the neighboring historic Leviathan property, not Akei. Historic sample values do not establish the gold content or economic value of the offered ground.
Purchaser due diligence
Confirm the BLM case status, county location notice, surface and mineral rights, physical monuments, any conflict with patented claims, legal access, maintenance obligations, and applicable exploration requirements. Arrange independent sampling and professional geological review before relying on value projections.
